Displays LR interaction Jaccard indices for a specific cell type pair and LR pair across all cancer types, stratified by tissue location (Mal / Bdy / Normal). Selected samples are highlighted as gold diamonds.

Top 5 LR pairs by Location

Shows the top 5 LR pairs ranked by Jaccard index for each tissue location (Mal, Bdy, Normal) within a single sample.

How to use

  1. Select samples from the main Visium page and add them to your analysis cart
  2. Choose analysis type and configure cell types / LR pair
  3. Click "Generate Plot" — your samples are highlighted in gold for cross-cancer comparison
