P-CaSSO (Pan-Cancer Single cell Spatial Omics) is a web database that provides in-depth analysis of spatial transcriptomics data across multiple cancer types. We have accurately predicted (deconvoluted) the cellular distribution in spatial transcriptomics data based on a pan-cancer single-cell reference. Users can visually explore these results, along with rich downstream analyses of the spatial characteristics and cell-cell interaction networks within the tumor microenvironment. P-CaSSO offers tools to easily compare and analyze the cellular ecosystems of various cancer tissues. Our objective is to facilitate the discovery of new biological insights and hypotheses within a complex spatial context.
We updated P-CaSSO. The current version contains 'n' Visium samples.
Our comprehensive workflow for integrating single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data
Integration of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics from public databases including Human Cell Atlas, NCBI, GEO, EMBL-EBI, and Single Cell Portal
Quality control, batch correction, cell type annotation, and reference data formation for both scRNA-seq and Visium spatial transcriptomics
Cell-type deconvolution, spatial analysis, domain analysis based CNV, and cell-type LR enrichment for comprehensive spatial omics insights
